    Eligibility for Returns: Items are eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at delivery time. You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Conditions for Return:
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
    Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items on sale or part of promotional offers
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    Eligibility for Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts, or items returned after the 7-day window).
    Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  2. Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange once the original item is returned. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    To start the return or exchange process:

  • You will be instructed on the next steps for shipping the item back to us.

    You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the item is shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed, and you will need to follow the return procedure.
